Our Gentlemen's Agreement
🛡️ Damage Policy
You're responsible for returning instruments in original condition. Minor play wear is expected – significant damage will incur repair fees.
💳 Deferred Billing
We'll authorize your card (like a hotel hold) but only charge for what you keep. Unreturned items after 6 weeks will be invoiced.
✈️ Shipping Notes
Alaska/Hawaii shipments may have slightly higher fees. We'll confirm all costs before processing your trial.
